BIS's unique strength lies in manufacturing chemical process equipment for various industries such as chemicals, bulk drugs, API, and pharmaceuticals, using unique materials such as graphite and other special MOCs. WHAT WE DO
Our Role
BIS specializes in designing and manufacturing specialty equipment in polymers such as PPH, PVDF, PTFE, PFA, etc., with full vacuum and pressure testing capabilities. They also manufacture all-glass specialty static equipment, columns, and pressure-tested designed pots.
BIS's main objectiveis to provide turnkey projects that include detailed engineering with simulation, layouts, supervision support, practical SOPs, operation, and maintenance training, necessary documentation such as IQ, DQ, OQ, in-plant training, specifically for chemical process industries. They also offer lean six sigma project -based training tailored to clients' requirements in turnkey projects.
BIS transitioned from a process equipment supplier to a turnkey solution and system provider to eliminate the information/knowledge gap between consultants and equipment manufacturers, which often leads to system inefficiency or ineffectiveness. As a responsible supply chain member, BIS takes up the challenge of providing reliable solutions and ensuring that their equipment and system work efficiently for the client. This approach has earned them long-term associations and repeat orders from their clients.
